On warm summer days, it is advisable to make a stronger infusion and enjoy this cold with a little sparkling wine or mineral water and decorated with a mint leaf as an iced tea. For this intense and exotic delight, we did not use apple pieces. Delicious diced papaya, fruity-sour hibiscus flowers and full-bodied berries offer a lot of yield.

On warm summer days we recommend to prepare an intense, strong brew, let it cool and then serve it as iced tea with sparkling wine or mineral water, thoughtfully decorated with a mint leaf. For this intense and exotic pleasure we have left out the apple pieces and focused on papaya cubes. Strength and power are contributed by fruity, sour hibiscus blossoms and different air-dried and freeze-dried berries.
