Remarks:
 This green rooibos corresponds almost to the well-known criteria of the popular, caffeine-free tea variety Rotbusch. Differences to red shrub can be seen in both color and taste. Due to its incomplete fermentation, green rooibos are significantly lighter and therefore greener in the leaf than its "big brother". This more original palate experience offers a fresher, more tangy taste, in which a slightly tart undertone plays a role. Maybe you could call it a "green tea variant"?!? Easily and elegantly to be enjoyed.
