Description:
Pai Mu Tan is considered the most famous "white tea", which is becoming more and more popular in this country. A tea plant called Chaicha or Narcissus grows this tea in Fujian Province and is also known as "White Peony". After picking, the tea is dried in the sun or in closed rooms without technical means. The leaf material offers us a green play of colors in all facets, is very voluminous and has a nice proportion of elongated, white-silvery leaf tips. The cup shimmers amber and gives off an elegant, spicy taste.
