Description:
The classic among Ayurvedic teas corresponds to an old Indian recipe. A “warm-up” on cold days and at any time.
Classic preparation: 11 g yoga tea in approx. 1 liter of water simmer for about 30 minutes, sieve and refine with 1/4 liter of milk. Sweeten with honey as desired.
Preparation with black tea: Simmer 11 g yoga tea in approx. 1 liter of water for 30 minutes, then add 6 g black tea (we recommend our Ceylon Highgrown, Art. No. 22453 on catalog page 55) and add another 3 - 5 minutes to let go. Sift through and also refine with milk or sweeten.35 minutes steeping time
